Terms & Conditions

Travel & Accommodation: All shoots outside Cape Town are subject to additional travel costs. Return flights, accommodation and related travel expenses
will be charged separately.

Payment: Full payment must be received and cleared before filming commences, once the filming date has been confirmed.

Travel & Scheduling: Sufficient time must be allowed for travel by road or air before filming. Travel arrangements may affect the filming schedule.

Cancellations & Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once production costs have been incurred. If a shoot is cancelled or postponed, any refund or rescheduling will be handled in accordance with the agreed booking terms and applicable law. Where possible, an alternative filming date may be arranged.

Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed unless agreed by both parties or required by law.
